Kundalini Yoga is a 5,000-year-old system of yogic exercises and meditation that is designed to give you a hands-on experience of your highest consciousness. There are thousands of kriyas (exercise sets) that strengthen the physical body, the nervous system and balance the glandular system for optimum health. Breathing techniques help in processing emotions and feelings, relieving stress, and developing concentration. Mantra and meditation techniques work to direct and discipline the mind. This yoga practice offers powerful tools for developing one’s own higher consciousness and increasing wellbeing, vitality, and a feeling of connectedness to life.
Hardeep’s Kundalini Yoga classes combine the dynamic power of Hatha Flow Yoga, with the transformational possibilities of Kundalini Yoga, and the potent potential of Mantra and Meditation; which altogether unlock total fitness for your body, mind and spirit.

Endorphin Yoga is a class moving the body with the breath, generating heat and working on our mat in creative new ways of sequencing. This class is for those who want to explore the way they move their bodies on their mat. Each 90 min class will be like a mini workshop Yoga class, exploring a part of ourselves. Prepare to get strong in body and mind. We will use Pranayama- breathwork, props, sound.
Regenerative Yoga is a Yin based class, a surrender into gravity and into the mat, holding poses for set periods of time, and flowing gently to calm the nervous system. This class may also involve props and chanting.
This class is open to everyone and will be more contemplative and regenerative for the body- perfectly complimenting the physical heat building from the Endorphin class.

Pilates is a body conditioning system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The main goals are to improve strength, flexibility, posture and tone. Inherent in the practice is a strong mind-body connection as the mind guides muscles to make specific movements bringing awareness to the body. There is a strong focus on the Core, or in Joe’s words the ‘Powerhouse’. Pilates is recommended for everyone and is known for being a very effective low-impact fitness method. Pre-and postnatal women are often encouraged to take Pilates during their pregnancy and after. Email Rebecca for more information.

Rebecca Rainey’s Pilates Mat class utilizes the exercises created by Joseph Pilates in a contemporary context combined with her dance and yoga background. With a focus on deep engagement of the core muscles and the breath, we will lengthen, strengthen and align the body. Correct body mechanics, coordinated breath, and a clear mind-body connection are featured. Rebecca is known to combine a fun and relaxed atmosphere filled with challenging exercises.
