Yoga in English, this Yoga class in English welcomes all students from a range of backgrounds and levels of experience – from beginners to the more advanced; a good explanation of the fundamentals is always provided, along with optional more challenging variations. The style is based on Vinyasa Flow – movement linked with breath- for an experience that is invigorating, flowing and calming. Concluding in a deep relaxation, with tea to follow. Enjoy Yoga in English all levels every Monday 18:15-19:30 (€8 or 3 classes for €21)

Endorphin Yoga is a class moving the body with the breath, generating heat and working on our mat in creative new ways of sequencing. This class is for those who want to explore the way they move their bodies on their mat. Each 90 min class will be like a mini workshop Yoga class, exploring a part of ourselves. Prepare to get strong in body and mind. We will use Pranayama- breathwork, props, sound. Endorphin Yoga Flow Yang with Angela every Wednesday 18:00 – 19:30 Drop-in 90 min class €12/ student €10

Pilates is a body conditioning system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The main goals are to improve strength, flexibility, posture and tone. Inherent in the practice is a strong mind-body connection as the mind guides muscles to make specific movements bringing awareness to the body. There is a strong focus on the Core, or in Joe’s words the ‘Powerhouse’. Pilates is recommended for everyone and is known for being a very effective low-impact fitness method. Pre-and postnatal women are often encouraged to take Pilates during their pregnancy and after. Email Rebecca for more information.
The six basic principles of Pilates are:
Concentration, Control, Centering, Breathing, Flow/Flowing Movement, Precision

Rebecca Rainey’s Pilates Mat class utilizes the exercises created by Joseph Pilates in a contemporary context combined with her dance and yoga background. With a focus on deep engagement of the core muscles and the breath, we will lengthen, strengthen and align the body. Correct body mechanics, coordinated breath, and a clear mind-body connection are featured. Rebecca is known to combine a fun and relaxed atmosphere filled with challenging exercises.
